A nightly pipeline that takes an ICP definition, sources matching companies + decision-makers, SMTP-verifies every email before writeback, and generates a genuine personalised opener from a recent LinkedIn post, news mention, or hiring signal per contact. Existing clients and recently-contacted prospects are excluded automatically.

Companies matching size, sector, tech stack, and geo filters are pulled nightly from enrichment APIs. Decision-maker roles are resolved per company.

Email discovery + verification

Voila Norbert for discovery, then SMTP handshake verification against the real mail server. Anything under 95% confidence gets dropped.

Context enrichment

Recent LinkedIn posts, funding events, hiring changes, press mentions, and podcast appearances are pulled per contact.

Opener generation

Claude writes a one-line personalised opener referencing a specific recent event. House style and tone are enforced via a reviewed system prompt.

CRM handoff

Only verified, de-duplicated, opener-paired prospects land in the CRM. Everything else is filtered out before a human sees it.
