Then I spent two years building AI automation systems. Data pipelines, Playwright scraping, Trigger.dev orchestration, LLM integrations. The ceiling on useful automation moved fast. Most agencies haven't caught up.
Recruitment is where this matters most. The industry runs on manual processes: sourcing, screening, BD research. The existing tooling (Bullhorn, JobAdder) gives you a database, not automation. Bullhorn Amplify is the only real competitor, and it only works if you're already on Bullhorn.
