Questions before you book
How much does this cost?
Fixed fee, scoped per project. Most builds land between £12,500 and £25,000 depending on complexity. An optional retainer covers monitoring and adjustments. No day rates, no surprise invoices.
Am I locked into anything?
No. The full build is one fixed fee, and you own the code on day one. Any retainer is monthly, cancel any time. Everything I build lives in your repo and your infrastructure.
How long until I see a working system?
Four to eight weeks for most builds. You see weekly progress against a written scope, not quarterly status decks.
What if I'm not sure AI is the right fix?
Then we'll figure that out on the call. If automation isn't the cheapest fix for your bottleneck, I'll say so. Half the processes people want to AI-ify should just be a spreadsheet or a better SOP.
