What does the SEO and AI visibility work cost?
Depends who's buying. If you're a business buying direct, a retail retainer from £1,500 a month covers the whole system: content, technical fixes, local, and AI visibility across ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews, run by me rather than advised on. If you're an agency reselling this to your own clients, it's a wholesale per-brand retainer from $500 a month, plus a one-off white-label audit from $650. How much does a custom build cost?
Fixed fee, scoped per project, in one of three tiers: $6,000, $12,000, or $20,000 depending on complexity. An optional retainer covers monitoring and adjustments. No day rates, no surprise invoices.
Am I locked into anything?
No. The full build is one fixed fee, and you own the code on day one. Any retainer is monthly, cancel any time. Everything we build lives in your repo and your infrastructure.
How long until I see a working system?
Eight to twelve weeks for most builds, smaller scopes land sooner. You see weekly progress against a written scope, not quarterly status decks.
What if I'm not sure AI is the right fix?
Then we'll figure that out on the call. If automation isn't the cheapest fix for your bottleneck, we'll say so. Half the processes people want to AI-ify should just be a spreadsheet or a better SOP.
